hey there,

I’m Sophia, the CEO and founder of The Virtual Pixie. With over seven years of experience working with online businesses, I have become a multi-talented asset for several companies.

My team and I are dedicated to enhancing executive productivity and improving business operations. We help high-achieving entrepreneurs break free from the daily overwhelm in their business with our proprietary process. We help them strategize and plan the next steps and then streamline and automate their internal operations and marketing systems, which in turn allows them to scale their business. By creating a sustainable workflow, we provide entrepreneurs more time so they can focus on income-generating activities.

In 2009, I graduated with departmental honors and summa cum laude from Woodbury University, where I studied Interior Architecture and Business with an emphasis in Real Estate. In 2014, I received my CA Real Estate Brokers License DRE# 01963957. I received a certification in the Foundational training of Search Engine Optimization from the University of California, Davis. 

In 2014, I attended The School for Aromatic Studies and became a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist accredited by NAHA (National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy). I also became an Herbalist through The Herbal Academy.

I have worked as a Property Manager for over four years. I had hands-on experience with rent management, tenant management, property management and maintenance, landlord-tenant law, supervising responsibilities, legal actions and evictions, financial management, and leading teams.
